Get-CSI has developed the capability to support our sites completely remotely.

This means that all the technology from the computers, projectors, lights, blinds and content on screens can be controlled by us and we don’t need to set foot in the space, should any further lockdowns occur in Victoria.

We do this with a combination of IP cameras and VPN (Virtual Private Network) machine and a few tools and programs to monitor the technology we have installed. Not only does this allow us to maintain, monitor and troubleshoot technology but also gives us the opportunity to give “Virtual tours” of the real space as if you were walking through physically.

This all ties into our Cleanroom concept which can be applied to any of our installations, where our team can support you remotely without ever having to be in physical contact if there are any change in government guidelines.
